This 14-storey complex, with a basement level parking, had various precast elements such as single and double storey precast columns, retaining walls, stair and lift core panels with wet joints, as well as load bearing and non-load bearing internal and external panels.
Miramar Apartments
Cavendish Street, Geelong
The tallest tower in Geelong with 22 residential floors and parking, featured 501 precast columns and 203 panels.
Manhattan Apartments
Mathoura Road, Toorak
This beautifully designed residential development incorporated architectural and structural precast elements including ribbed façade panels, precast columns, core and other internal panels.
The Hub Business Park
Cylinders Drive, Torquay
This industrial project comprised 39 warehouses and offices and a café with 266 precast panels. Collaborating closely with the structural steel detailer and the architect, we determined the precise height of the internal panels beneath the steel roof and meticulously identified the location of the cast in inserts for the panel to steel connections.
Ramsay Gardens
Burwood HWY, Vermont South
This horizontally spanned residential development incorporated 494 precast elements, including columns, internal and external panels, in both plain and textured finishes.
Ferndale Foods Warehouse & Office

This industrial warehouse featured plain panels all around the building arranged in three stacks and fixed to the steel columns and roof using clips.
Field Street Mixed Use Development
Wiltshire Lane, Delacombe
With the total of 7 storeys, this project included 2 levels of restaurants, 4 levels of student accommodations and a rooftop terrace. It showcased 200 architectural panels with feature rebates and thickenings along with the challenging brick snap panels and columns that demanded high level of experience and expertise.
Huntington Apartments
Centre Road, Clayton North
This 9-storey residential development featured 1066 precast elements. The external formliner panels required precise detailing to maintain consistency across the elevations and around the corners.
